From upload to signed PDF
Upload
Scan with the camera or send a PDF: birth or marriage certificate, diploma, transcript, bank statement, court record.
Check names and dates
Our AI prepares a complete draft that keeps the layout, and you confirm how names, dates and numbers are written before anyone signs.
A translator reviews and signs
A qualified human translator checks every line against the original and signs; you receive the signed PDF in your private vault.
Quality you can check
Complete, never a summary
The whole document, page by page, with the layout kept; stamps, seals, signatures and handwritten notes marked in brackets.
You confirm names first
Names are copied exactly as in the original, accents included, and you confirm names and dates before the translator signs.
Signed in ink by a person
The translator, identity verified and tested in that language pair, signs the certificate of accuracy by hand in ink, and their name is on it.
A code anyone can verify
Every certificate has a verification code and QR. Whoever receives the PDF can confirm who signed and that the file was not changed.
Your private vault
Documents are stored encrypted, only for you. Share by a link that expires and delete any time.
Told before you pay
Each office sets its own rules. Before you pay, we show what we know about the office you chose and tell you when it asks for more.

Questions
Is MyCertifiedTranslation available now?
Yes, in early access, Portuguese into English first. Create your account, upload your document and you see the price before you pay.
Will the office accept my translation?
We cannot promise that: each office decides what it accepts. U.S. immigration rules ask for a complete English translation with the translator's signed statement of competence and accuracy (8 CFR 103.2(b)(3)), and that is what you receive.
Is it sworn or notarized?
It is not a sworn translation; those are made by government-appointed translators, and we tell you when your use needs one. Notarization is not offered yet; it is coming next for offices that require it.
What happens to my documents?
They stay encrypted in your private vault until you delete them. Only the translator assigned to your order sees them, inside our workspace and without downloads, and we never sell your data or train AI on your documents without your consent.
What if there is a mistake?
Tell us and we correct errors in our translation at no cost. If an office rejects it because of an error of ours, we redo it free, and refund the translation if it is rejected again for the same reason.
I am a translator. How do I become a certifier?
Create your account, send your profile, verify your identity with socialDNA ID and sign the certifier agreement in MyESign and your tax form (W-8BEN or W-9). We review your application and open your queue.
